Credits are used when exporting your drawing into an Expert Advisor (EA). You can assign account numbers during compilation, and the number of credits deducted will match the number of accounts, up to a maximum of 5.
- 1 to 5 MT5 accounts assigned: That exact number of credits will be deducted.
- No accounts or more than 5 accounts assigned: A flat rate of 5 credits will be deducted.
- Subscriptions give you ongoing access to a set number of credits each month or each year, ensuring you always have what you need to build expert advisors effortlessly.
- One-Time Flexible plans, on the other hand, lets you buy credits as needed—perfect for those who prefer flexibility without a monthly commitment.
- Monthly Subscription: You are billed every month, and you receive your credits upfront upon payment.
- Yearly Subscription: You pay once for the entire year and receive all your credits at once upon payment confirmation. This option often comes at a discounted rate compared to paying monthly.
You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time and choose between monthly or annual billing.
Once your payment is confirmed, your new subscription plan will be activated immediately. Any document credits you've already paid for will remain available after the change.
Yes! You can cancel or change your subscription anytime, and you'll still have access until the end of your billing period.
All your drawings will remain intact. You can reactivate your subscription at any time and regain access to your saved work.
It depends on the type of credits you have:
- Free Trial Credits: These are available for the duration of your 14-day trial. If you don't start a subscription or purchase one-time flexible plan credits before the trial ends, your trial credits will expire and you'll lose access to them.
- Subscription Credits: These are yours to keep—even if your subscription ends—as long as your account remains active. However, you'll only be able to export them for demo trading accounts after the subscription expires unless you renew or switch to a one-time flexible plan.
- One-Time Flexible plan Credits: These also remain available as long as your account stays active. Just note that exports to real trading accounts are only enabledfor 40 days. After that period, you can still use your remaining credits, but only for exporting to demo accounts unless you buy more credits.
For both subscription and one-time flexible plan credits, any unused credits will expire if your account has been inactive for 12 months (no logins or usage).
